Returns

• Eligibility: We accept returns on items that are unused, in their original condition, and within 30 days of delivery.
• Exclusions: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
